Why now?

Like many of you, I had the idea of starting my own blog for a long time. But I always came to the conclusion that there is no much point in publishing the 999th blog on Linux / ZigBee / HomeAssistant / whatever.

However, I intend to build a 8-seat Linux multiseat setup in the near future. And Linux multiseat kind of seems like a niche topic, with most documentation being >= 10 years old, especially when using less GPUs than seats. So maybe there is some point in documenting that, after all.

On the other hand, this blog would not be the first project to get abandoned before takeoff, so as I said, let’s see how far we’ll get. If you’re interested in Linux multiseat or other Linux maybe-niche topics, it might be worth checking back in a little while.
